GREAT COLOR EXPERIENCEI have only used store bought color in the past. So I wasn't sure what to expect with eSalon products, although, I did read all the reviews about eSalon before I ordered. All the beauty consultants that I e-mailed back and forth to find the correct shade for me were very professional and knowledgeable about their products. The color I was sent after a brief discussion about my current needs was beautiful. It was easy to apply and looked great.
