Great grey coverageI am loving the grey coverage! but can you darken my color! Now that we are into Christmas time and attending lots of functions I'm seeing myself in several pictures and my hair is really red!! I don't notice it in the mirror. my sister made the comment that my hair was a lot lighter. I really haven't noticed it until pictures starting popping up. I loved this at firstThe color is great however over the last year my hair has started falling out in clumps. I'm not exaggerating, I had extremely thick hair now my hair is thin. I'm scared it won't grow back. I just kept thinking it must be my diet or stress or something else but I truly believe that it's this product. I'm only writing the review to help others who maybe wondering about their hair loss as well. The color was beautiful, easy to apply and long lasting. This might've happened if you applied a roots only application to your ends. To combat this, we recommend using a clarifying shampoo on your ends to remove some of the color from your hair. Have not been able to useI have not been able to use the product due to the fact that I have had a leg injury and cannot color my hair by myself, my shower use is limited, thus a neutral rating.
