I give eSalon A+++I have to admit after my first order I had serious doubts. My color was all wrong. I decided to give it another try and send in a picture of the color I wanted. I am so happy I gave it another shot because the color was spot on!! I couldn’t be happier. They really do go above n beyond. I had explained how my hair was so fried from the store bought coloring kits. Today my hair is so soft and shiny. Easy and AccurateThe questionnaire was comprehensive but simple to complete, the colour recommended to me was exactly what I was looking for. Application was a breeze (although I did get help with the back of my head as I was too nervous to attempt on my own) and the colour is vibrant and blended into my roots perfectly! Perfect color productPerfect color match to my professionally colored hair color. Easy process for root touch-up, saving me time and money in the salon! Color perfectionI love my color is so shiny an looks natural. I can't get to a stylist I'm a ER nurse an we are so short staffed an busy due to covid getting a chance to get my hair done is about as possible as walking on water. This looks professionally done.
