Obsessed!I was initially dubious about ordering a hair colour virtually but my goodness it's an absolute game changer! The whole process is so so easy and I found myself getting really excited when browsing the available products. Its like they knew exactly what I wanted - which is to gradually reduce the copper tones in my hair to a more neutral colour. Their suggestions were super helpful and my first colour was perfect. I've ordered the highlights kit as part of my next order and I can't wait for it to arrive. It's not a pushy subscription service, it's totally on your individual terms and you can choose how little or often you get an order. I emailed to say I wanted my next colour to be a bit cooler in tone and they had responded within a day which was amazing. Perfect Color MatchMy first time trying and the color match was spot on. I was nervous at first as the root color was jet black, but turned out perfect. There are a few more steps than I am use to with box color, it is worth it. Fist time my hair didn't feel like straw after coloring.
