In Love!!! 🖤I am a stay at home mama and it was really hard for me to find a day to work me into my old stylist schedule and the cost wasn’t helping anything either. When I ran across this I was super excited to try it. It’s affordable and I loved that it is professional and not regular box dye from a store. The instructions were easy to follow and I have never dyed my hair myself before now and it was so simple and I just can’t stop saying how much I love it! My colorist is awesome, I loved that she was super helpful and asked me what I wanted before she did anything. Great customer service gave me everything I needed for my first round and explained why she suggest doing something to help my hair be what I was wanting. Oh and the shipping was super fast!! Love My ColorI’ve been an eSalon customer for about 18 months now (found eSalon during COVID) and I love the color that I currently have. Awesome!!I was scared to do it myself since it was my first time using this product. And my hair is dark and thick and wasn’t picking up hair dye. I thought no way this works. First time and hooked!I just wanted to say how pleased I am with the custom color kit. They absolutely nailed the color I was looking to achieve, which is pretty remarkable considering I never even stepped foot in the salon or met with a colorist. I'm so pleased with the results and this will be my go-to color option. And my hair feels nourished and healthy, not dry and brittle. Would highly recommend to anyone considering this option. Lasting colourLately when I used shop bought hair colour,I've noticed that the colour has only been lasting a couple of weeks.Which is why I decided to try eSalon,and I'm glad I did.The colour has lasted and I like the subtle tones also.Would I recommend this company,yes definately,although I do find the product a little pricy. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Excellent Management, quick adjustmentsI am on my second box from eSalon now, and I am much happier with this box than my previous one! The color I was previously sent was too red, and with a note to Adjust Color, my current color is more a coppery auburn, and I am very pleased with how it turned out. My hair is soft and healthy despite changing colors and brands of dye. This go around the bottles were not broken, and the ends color left me with bright and vibrant ginger hair, even after a wash. The previous eSalon color also resisted fading beyond a gentle auburn, despite my attempts to dull it as much as possible in preparation for the new shade. Very happy.
