Great product and customer service!I didn't like the color I first received, so my colorist reached out to me and we worked together to improve it. The next color I received was perfect! Even my hairdresser, who is also a color specialist, was super impressed with the product. Absolutely beautiful!I love my new color, and I'm not changing it for now. At first the roots looked a bit lighter than the rest, but now it's all at the same tone. Spring color absolutely perfect!I have had the same color & level since starting with esalon however saw the new spring strawberry & loved the hue. However i did not want it as light as i saw in photo. So I asked my colorist to take me up one level & add some strawberry hue as i look better with a bit of depth.
