Worked very well!I always go to the Salon for color and any time I tried something from a box, it resulted in a trip to the Salon to correct it. I was hesitant to try this but I needed to touch up my roots/cover Grey and couldn’t get an appointment. Figured it was worth the risk, as it’s Demi permanent and washes out after 20ish shampoos. Great product and resultsThe quality of the product (hair color) as well as the gloves, instructions, etc. are the best. Any tweak I wanted to make to the color was taken care of immediately. Great experience!Kit was easy to use and instructions were clear and detailed. I am very happy with how the color turned out and have gotten many compliments. My biggest concern was covering my outgrowth and not ending up with "hot roots". The kit included both the color for the outgrowth and a separate color for the rest of my hair.
