Love it!Purchased my products and was excited when they came. How wonderful to get a beautiful box set up so nicely with my name on the product. Followed instructions and my hair looks and feels fabulous. Sent an invite to a girl friend who ordered and she has already received her products. Took some adjustments but my color is perfect!My hair is grey and I have been trying to get a light reddish gold color. I've been working with my colorist over five orders and the roots were too bright compared to the shaft. I almost gave up but decided to try one more time. Am I glad I did! We had to have one color for the roots and another for the shaft and this time it was perfect! Hang in there and give your feedback if you're not happy. First Time Using eSalson!I like my color! The directions were very easy to follow and I think it turned out well. Although next time I will probably order both the custom color and the custom ends refresher because the one bottle was barely able to cover everything. Brilliant customer serviceThe colour isn’t yet what I want but must say I love it! Carefully blended to obtain exactly what I requested for… get rid of the red and go towards a chocolate shade. Well balanced and easy to use, did not damage my hair or my scalp ( as any other hair dye would have done as my scalp is really sensitive). On top of everything it came personalised and the attention to details blew me away! I am incredibly happy I have discovered them. Their customer service and attention to detail is spot on! Gorgeous depth of colorI have very little experience when it comes to coloring my hair, but with eSalon's easy to follow directions and the help from an experienced colorist, ugly mistakes were avoided. My color is just beautiful, and what I love the most is that some people see a subtle change, but they can't put their finger on it!
