Love it!!!!I'm an old gal of 57 & always dreaded colouring my hair. I stumbled upon eSalon & thought that I'd give it a go. I am glad that I did. The colour selection options are hugely varied but easy to navigate. The option to send a current pic of your hair is a bonus. You can convey additional info if you wish (I explained that I have a very pale complexion & formerly had dark brown hair & that my hair is now very fine). The kit arrived in good time. You receive your personalized colour, along with clear instruction & all the kit you need (& more) in order to successfully dye your hair. Did they get it right? Yes. Without a doubt. The colour that I have received, is exactly as I hoped it would be (even my 76 year old Mum is impressed) & my husband loves it. My first orderThe kit was very easy to use and my hair felt wonderful afterwards. To be frank I wasn’t sure about the color initially. It seemed a bit too red, but after all the compliments I received, how could I change it! And, after a couple days I grew to love it. I’m looking forward to my next order. Wonderful product, such rich colorI am amazed at the quality and richness of the product overall. I have long hair and never color it. I am naturally 50-60% gray and was worried about how it might turn out. The colorist did an amazing job matching a formula to what I asked for.
