Great color adjustment for gray!My gray roots (59 yo) were getting brassy with the medium brown/ash color. I took a few pics and sent them to the eSalon team and they recommended updating to medium brown/pearl. Huge improvement! I look ten years younger. Great customer service!Finally a company that gives great service and help! I actually speak to a REAL person when I call, and they are always so helpful snd kind. This last order was a mistake on my part, and yet they are sending me a replacement kit at no charge. This is something you rarely see these days. Never going to a salon for color again!!I am so happy with this custom color kit. My hair looks beautiful. It was so easy to apply. The instructions and personalized kit are beyond amazing. I emailed my colorist with this outstanding feedback but also asked her advice on adding more red tones. I love that it is so easy to message her. I couldn’t be happier.
