Very coolI have to say I was very skeptical about this product, but so far has been an awesome experience!! Everything from the choices, the directions, the PRODUCT, and the best is the customer support!! They get you in touch with colorists who know what they are doing! I went from very light blonde to a golden mahogany and it came out great, oh and I must mention that my hair goes down past my bra line! Fabulous & So Easy!!I was a little skeptical at first, seemed so dark when I applied it, but I couldn't believe that i only did the roots on my front hair line and a little on top just like the directions said, and Wow!!
