Greate Customer Service and ProductsI am so pleased with the wonderful customer service I receive with eSalon. The color I recently ordered for my roots wasn't quite as I had expected (too light), so I contacted the color specialist who sent out a darker shade, which is just right. Thank you for your great products and professional, prompt specialists. I also would like to add that this color does not seem to damage my hair, unlike in-salon color. Love this hair colorIf you color your hair at home this color is great. It lasts much longer than any color you buy from the Big Box Stores. I highly recommend this color. So great!This is an awesome way to color your hair at home! The results are amazing and it's so much better than sitting in a chair for hours and spending hundreds of dollars! Working with an actual colorist is also great, my color came out a bit darker than I wanted so my colorist is making my next color a little lighter and I added the light set kit to give it some dimension!
