New colorI love, love, love my new hair color, thank you for helping me with my "fixed' hair color. It was burgundy and when I tried a boxed color from the store it turned brown with harsh undertones of orange and copper. I ordered my first color to no avail It didn't turn out like I thought, so I told you and you sent me a new kit for free which I am so happy with. From Blonde to Brunette/eSalon Custom ColorI have to say I was very skeptical that I would like this service. I LOVE IT!!! So easy, the girls helped to get me the correct color to go from blonde to brunette. I pull heavy red in my hair, and I really hate it, makes doing my own hair impossible and frustrating. I really love this colorI like that it's so close to my natural color but it's bright shiny and the colors blend so nicely together. I need to leave it in a little longer so that the gray is covered better. I have noticed on the sides you can already see the gray coming through but no worries love it. Best most natural color I have ever had!I have always used Loreal #10, then #9.5 then 9 and finally 8.5 trying to find my most natural blonde but it was always too white or too brassy. My colorist mixed exactly what was my perfect shade. I am 61 and was a natural blonde but this covers my gray and doesn't look like I color my hair.
