Very convenient, can’t beat the priceI think that overall this is a fabulous service. For custom color and endless patience on the part of the colorists who actually read your comments/revisions and adjust per your instructions, you can’t beat the price. I live in CA and I love that I can reach a colorist at 730 am on a Saturday or Sunday. The packaging and convenience of 2 sets of gloves shows someone put thought into this service. And getting the box makes me feel like I’m un opening an expensive present. It’s that pretty. For these reasons I’d love to give esalon 5 stars. If I am honest though, I will say I’m not100% satisfied with the gray coverage. I have some stubborn grays in the front (most important area I’d like to cover lol) and this product does not successfully cover those gray hairs for more than a few days. 8 of 9 people found this review helpful. Not gonna lie i was skepticalWhile it was on my hair i was scared it would be to dark. I washed it off and blew dried it... WOW DOUBLE WOW looks amazing !!! Better colouring than I've had in years and i was getting it done professionally. I need to learn how to do it better missed a few spots 😬🤔 ...
