Great packaging, easy to read instructions, cute little boxes for the gloves and the extra sachets of shampoo and conditioner. The stain remover wipe ACTUALLY removed stains!

After several changes to my hair color in the past, I think this latest color is great! Looks good, not too light or too dark. I would like to continue with this color in the future.

This combo worked so well. My hair looks amazing!!!!!! like I went to the salon. I dont have any dark spots, all my roots were covered, the color looks uniform throughout my hair. The changes in time and more formula I think was the right way to go. Only negative thing is my hair felt rough after I colored it, which didnt happen before. My scalp was also very dry afterwards. Overall it was the perfect color!! just what I was expecting.

I LOVED IT!!!! The colorist knocked it out of the park!! I am BEYOND happy!!! I can't wait to try a new color!!! Big win for me!!!
