I have been struggling for years to get my hair back to my natural dark brown with natural highlights after years of dyeing it jet black. Visited salons, tried stripping it, covering it at home to no avail but with my first kit, Esalon got it right!!! Now to see how long before my roots peek out.

Great colour match

I requested an amendment to my initial colour, the stylist listened to my request and sent me a great colour match which I am really happy with. I am confident if I wish to make future amendments the stylist will adjust to my satisfaction so I am definitely going to keep my subscription. The frequency of delivery can also be amended so you can get the colour sooner or later depending on when you need it, very happy!

This was my first order with esalon and I am SO IMPRESSED! The color is beautiful, it doesn't stink, shipping was quick and my hair feels so nice after the coloring. They were also very quick to respond when I realized my address was wrong and changed it quickly so I would get my order on time.
