Color adjustment success!My first root touch up color process turned out to be too light for my root color resulting in brassy tones. eSalon responded quickly to my issue and changed my color mix based on a photo of me. They sent me the new mix without charge showing they have excellent customer service! The new color is a perfect match and I’m very happy with the results.
