Excellent product!The product came promptly. Instructions were super easy and with their first order they even give you some free stuff which I thought was cool. Once my hair was completed the color was beautiful it was something that I have been trying to achieve with box dyes for forever and couldn't. There was no breakage and I have very curly coarse hair. My hair felt shiny and soft. I am now waiting for my second order which I am very excited about because these fantastic colorists mixed up a lovely little potion for my hair to achieve something just a smidgen lighter so I am very excited! Color Was Perfect!!My previous color purchase turned out to be not quite right. It was my natural color but I found it to be a little flat, I changed my profile and now I have the perfect color. It is the same color but, I added a warmer tone. I can't be more pleased. Beautiful colorI have had light golden blonde and most recently strawberry blonde that came out beautiful. The color is Spot on what I wanted. I have curly hair and it came out soft and shiny.
