New Packaging FailI have been using the salon color system for years now, great color and easy to use, This is the first time that I’ve had an issue. The bottle nozzle was tiny so you had squeeze harder than normal and it sprayed weird. So I went with the brush method and dumped from bottle to bowl. Not for me!My first colour as chosen by the style team turned my blonde hair orange instead of dark blonde. The second sent to fix it, turned my hair a darker but more intense orange. No gray coverage and no options to improve gray coverageI was really happy with my previous orders and gray coverage until the last order that didn't do a good job. My grays were died but they started coming out faster than my hair would grow (every time I took a shower the dye came off per say). I called to ask if there was gray coverage in my formula or if they could improve it and the only option I received was to make my formula darker. I do not want my hair to be any darker as the current formula is already darker than my natural hair color. So disappointed that I actually have no options to fix this and keep my natural hair color. I guess I have to go back to the salon since this company is no longer competent in my case. I say this because to my surprise the color expert I spoke to suggested to go to a salon to get better results. Can you believe this? Don't know how to respond to the message below. I did TRY to work with one your Color Experts and the concern above was not resolved. I got the answer I explained above. Med Gold BlondeI like a lighter blonde shade in the summer & dark blonde in the winter. The 1st time I ordered, I could only get a dark blonde color. I called, sent a picture & was told to send it back & was sent a lighter color. My hair is super thick & shoulder length so it takes 2 boxes to color. The lighter color was great. My only complaint is it didn't color my grey hair. I worked it in on my grey hair & roots 1st & really took extra time on the grey hairs. My 1st review through email about the coloring not covering my grey hair & was told I probably didn't pay enough attention to that area. As I started writing this review, I see the 100% guarantee & it being on Esalon, I was not once offered my money back or more color. disappointing hair color and kit conditioner ; Great Get Lifted Root Hair SprayHair directions great and followed them exactly. Hair color turned blonde highlights and all hair red and did not cover roots. Conditioner did not moisturize hair. Very disappointed. Good customer for this company. Thank you. I also purchased three piece set for. volume. The Get Lifted Root Spray is awesome. My thin hair once again looks full and thick and youthful.
