Damaged product and wrong colorwhen ordering my second shipment how color I changed the color and send pictures as to what I wanted I was then contacted and told they could not do the exact color I wanted and then shoot me the product that I previously ordered with one extra Free bottle of ends Refresher. The issue was that the color they sent me was still on mahogany when I wanted a darker brown instead of medium brown with Violet instead of mahogany so I was not very happy with that then when I contacted support I told them that received damaged product as well as the wrong color and I then had to go by new color from a store because I had a vacation planned that now I would not have my hair die in time for and had to spend more money than I was planning on when they refunded me an early refund without sending the product back yet it was only $20 refund so it was $15 short of what I paid for my order. This has been a very stressful situation for me having to figure out things at the last minute for my trip spend more money than I wanted and then have to wait a week for my funds to be transferred back to my card and it wasn't even the full amount that I actually paid. I will probably never order from this company again. Hopefully this gets resolved one positive thing I can say about this company is the support team is very quick to respond to any questions and emails I sent they did respond in less than 24 hours of each email I sent so that is one thing this company does have good customer service support 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Too darkThe colour formulated for me was way too dark, it was very harsh and although it covered my previous colour and abundant grey roots I couldn't get used to it looking nearly black. I wanted a warm colour, more a chestnut brown which was nothing like the end result. Colour - Great Condition & Quantity!I've found the colour now i think that best suits me. I think the conditioner though could be more generous. Ive a lot of hair! They very kindly gave me a bottle as the condition of my hair after colour wasnt great. However with this conditioner now its much better. I think there should be at least enough of this bottled conditioner in the order for more than one go. Obviously short and long, thick or thin hair means you should have an adequate amount i think for at least 4 washes after hair is coloured? Buyer Beware!Followed directions to a T! Experienced waxy, gummy residue. Several washes didn't help. Color-perfect at that point. Next day I tried eSalon's suggestion of baking soda/shampoo. 2 washings, still waxy & gummy. Had to use Dawn dish soap w/baking soda. It removed the residue and totally stripped my hair & most color. Hair is now dry, brittle & blah color. It is not longer soft and silky like it was before I used eSalon. Regretful & bummed because I so wanted this product to be what it is hyped up to be. Too RedThe concept and idea is great but despite sending a photo and saying I did not want red hair, my hair turned red. Had to wait ages for corrective color and then it did nothing. Didn't work for meI wanted to have a color similar to my natural hair color, but with redder tones - I am a natural dark blonde and I wanted a strawberry blonde. My hair is now a light shade of brown instead. I do not see any red tones and ended up with a darker color than my natural hair color. I followed the instructions and washed my hair after 30 minutes.
