High expectationsI was excited to get my color package but wasn't able to try it until a few days ago. I am not so excited any more. The color is awesome, but it was SO hard to remove the product from my hairI’ve washed my hair four times now and I still can’t get the dye off my hair. It’s almost like an oily glue goop that makes my hair stick together and it is VERY hard to wash out. I don’t know what is in the dye, but I’ve never had this problem before. Wrong colorI colored my hair and followed the step by step instructions, I was left with a brown copper color for my roots, which I wanted but then a dark brown purplish/red color for my ends. I am not happy at all. The colors are COMPLETELY different and in no way shape or form should ever be chosen to fade into one another, especially by a "professional".
