Not at all what I wantedWhen I selected a color, I expected red undertones but my hair is basically maroon and I followed the directions exactly. I would never trust this company again with hair color. The color I got was precisely what I DID NOT want. I am incredibly disappointed. I had to run out and buy other dye to fix it. Hard to wash outProduct when rinsing seemed to turn to jelly / fat in my hair I felt like I was trying to rinse butter out with cold water I used 1/2 bottle shampoo to get the goo out and lost a large amount of hair 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Would not recommendTurned out nothing like the picture. I understood with my darker hair that the coloring may not be amazing as advertised, but I did expect a bit more. After trying to dye my hair twice it was still barely noticeable and what little was in there pretty much washed out after two washes. This product was such a disappointment and I really wanted to love it but I couldn’t ignore how dissimilar my results versus those promised to me were. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Few disappointments, but willing to try againThe color did turn out great, however, it was not mahogany. The level was right on, but I don't feel there was really much "red" at all. Also, I did not receive two pairs of gloves. I only got 3 gloves total. Which made the last step mighty difficult. (I did not realize I was short a glove until it was that time) Also, I have fine hair that is shoulder length, but it is super thick. The color was too darkHi all, the custom color that was made for me was too dark and had a brassier tone and I wish it was a lighter and no brassiness. Nevertheless, the color was good if the results were what I was looking for. In the future ordered, can you please fix it to what I want it and to my satisfaction.
