What a crappy hair colorJust tried my order and it truly suckz, my hair is so sticky, I can't get a comb or brush through it, it's never ever been like this from the salon or from the many colors I've done myself, I would NEVER RECOMMEND this stuff and will never order anymore!! 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Sticky residueWas extremely difficult to rinse had to wash my hair with regular shampoo at least eight times begin to dry my hair and still had a sticky residue close to the scalp and I've never had a hair dye that sticks to the scalp and stained the scalp as well 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Loved the strand test but did not like the complete turn out.When I did the strand test everything looked great and I thought I would enjoy it but upon completion, I was not in love with the look. Not at all what I wantedWhen I selected a color, I expected red undertones but my hair is basically maroon and I followed the directions exactly. I would never trust this company again with hair color. The color I got was precisely what I DID NOT want. I am incredibly disappointed. I had to run out and buy other dye to fix it.
