it didnt actually change colour !!I followed the instructions to the letter and the timings as my partner will verify, it only changed a tiny segment of root and did not change anywhere else so I was left with two tone hair. very disappointed. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Not the bestI had really high hopes, I've been having a few issues with box dye covering my greys, when creating my custom colour I stated I'd like improved grey coverage and to even and reduced brassy tones. I've had my colour tweeks for the second dye however it's actually worse the second time around and has actually lightened my roots to a mid brown whereas I'm dark brown. I find dying my hair a chore but I've had to do it twice this weekend to try and even it out (second time with a box dye).. I've cancelled my subscription as I feel I could waste alot of money tweeking my colour and never achieve a result as good as a standard box dye. hair was heavyVery upset with the color not enough copper in it so it wasn’t very red. the feel of the color was impossible to wash out of my hair it took me 3 days for my hair to feel normal. DisappointedFor dark blonde saw no resemblance of blonde. Had to buy a color removing kit to remove the color. I used to use this then began with a salon and never could get a consistent color from time to time so thought I'd try with Esalon again. Totally disappointed and frustrated. Horrable productI did not get the color i wanted. This is the worse product i have ever put in my hair. I will have to go to a salon and get my hair repaired, which will cost im sure over $100.00.
