Told me to pay to strip it then PUT THE SAME COLOR BACk!!!I paid $100 dollars because the colorist (Danielle) told me to get the color removed them sent me a formulation that put the SAME color I detested back in. I had to call twice,the first time I was put on hold for ten minutes then sent to an answering machine. After leaving a message, no one returned my call so had to call back.Then the colorist on the phone blamed me for not adding a picture of the stripped color after they had already sent the dye. She offered no solution other than use Head and Shoulders. So you want me to spend more money??They didn't offer to fix the color, all they did was refund $10 dollars after I just paid ten times that to get the color removed. They didn't offer new dye, toner or highlights. Nothing that could actually fix the problem and they haven't reached out to try. So everything they say about their service and customer satisfaction is untrue since I had to call and email them multiply times. This site is a joke and intend to blast it on all social media of what a crap job they did. Terrible service and worse dye. Please don't use this company. EDIT- Even their response is untrue!! Made my eyes water and hair feel like strawI will not be using your hair color again. I loved the color but the dying solution made my eyes water and burn and eventhough I used all the conditioner, my hair felt like straw when I stepped out of the shower. Not at all what I wanted.Ordered a dark ash blonde. Sent pictures and everything. Notes I added that I did not want any brass or copper tint to my hair. Did the test stand color seemed great.
