Icky conditionerWhile everyone has raved on the color, I needed to wash my hair twice the last couple of times I used the conditioner. The first time I thought I didn't rinse it properly. Last time I thoroughly THOROUGHLY rinsed the conditioner out, with the same effect: as though I had put wax in my hair. It was sticky, gummy and oily looking. I know that I don't have to use it, although it seems that if you package a conditioner with the color it is intended to make your hair look great and prolong the color. Customer serviceI received the incorrect color, therefore i called esalon. i was instructed to leave a message. Nobody has yet to return my call. I called esalon again today and was instructed to leave a message and someone will return my call. I will try again. (As far as the product is concerned, I've used the color before and liked it. it didnt actually change colour !!I followed the instructions to the letter and the timings as my partner will verify, it only changed a tiny segment of root and did not change anywhere else so I was left with two tone hair. very disappointed. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
