AwfulI sent in pictures described my texture and bought all the extra stuff like shampoo conditioner and tint. My hair is black, my roots are light black. Only a one star bc I like the set upI think the idea is great and packing and instructions were all great. This made my hair feels as though it had wax in it. It also clogged up our shower. Too much redMy color was medium brown,but ended up with alot of red tones that I don’t care for. Otherwise my hair seems in decent condition and color was easy to apply. The product had a very strong odor, but it was gone after I finished rinsing. No problems with skin reaction although I have sensitive skin. Split EVERY hair on my headAfter 2 years of chemo treatment... I finally had healthy hair halfway down my back again... I color my greys, so I can feel prettier, now I look like a fried french poodle and all my hair has to be cut off AGAIN! Response from e-salon experts, UNSATISFACTORY... I had 2 years of chemo treatment, and then 2 years of no treatment before I colored my hair,,, I had VERY healthy hair halfway down my back, until I used your color... YOUR color damaged my hair to the point that there was no saving it... it came out in huge bunches, and what was left was brittle and split to the root... 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Too dark and strange residueThe colour I ordered (dark brown) is pretty much black! Also, although I have very short hair, I had to wash it about 5 times to get the weird waxy residue out. The residue then collected on the floor of the shower and blocked the plug. Safe to say I won’t be using again or recommending.
