Didn't get my color rightI asked for a blue black. I got pure black. Whatever. I can get it reformulated. So I ask for a blue black AGAIN. I again get shipped a pure black. Now I'll have to bleach my hair to get the color I want! I just wanted a gorgeous blue black. Not pure black with no hints of blue. They don't match what they sayI answered all the questions accurately and this color they made me is 2 shades darker than my hair or the photo they showed me! Thank God I only did my roots. Colour was way too darkI specifically said I didn't want my hair to be dark. I got my package, coloured my hair and it was black. I wrote to eSalon and never heard back from anyone.
