HORRIBLE!!!!!!This was the messiest, most horrible coloring experience I’ve ever had!! Not only could I not breathe in the shower when I dumped the rest of the color on my hair as directed, but I had a cough because of it for hours afterward!! Not only that, but the color was so runny, it ran down my scalp and went everywhere! The stain protector did NOT work, nor did the stain remover. I had stains all over my face and neck for days and to make matters worse, my hair looks horrible!! It’s the brassiest, most fake ugly red I’ve ever seen. I’m trying to figure out how to get the ugly fake blue red out of my hair!!!! Brassy colorI spoke with a stylist before my order was made and told her my hair tends to go yellow and red. I told her to make sure it's ash colored. I got a copper, brassy brown. I could have gotten this from a box of L'oreal and spent $10 less. It left my hair dry feeling and straw like. Not happy. Not sure if I'm going to try it again with a different color. Washed Out LookThe color was ok when done. Not great but , ok. Within Two washes, with Paul Mitchell products, it is very light and roots are visibly lighter. I had purchased the root touch up but it doesn’t help. It even sort of makes the hair wirey. I have tried the tint rinse and can’t say it has helped. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
