Bought this as a one off trialE-Salon been sending me repeat prescriptions of hair colour 4 weekly I have never requested this only wanted to trial! At no point agreed to 4 weekly deliveries. I am disgusted to have been sent 2 packages which were not agreed to and charging me £19.95 for a product I do not want. Would never use E-Salon again despite the product actually working well. Why are the bottles so impossible?Color is great. Videos very helpful. But dear god why are the bottles impoddible to open? My color (not developer) was just a disaster. I banged it on the counter. Burned my skinThis product had too many steps and while the color turned out ok, it literally burned my skin as it washed out in the shower and dripped down my back. What a Mess!My hair ended up two-toned with bozo red at the roots and an ugly dingy reddish brown at the ends. The product was so harsh on my hair it turned it into a glob of mush when I rinsed it. My package did not include shampoo and the conditioner did not want to rinse out. I would never try this stuff again! Better off with box brands from Walmart. flat and orangeyJust received and applied my newly adjusted color that was to remove the copper tones in my previous color. The instructions had me only doing my roots. Now the ends of my hair are the dark golden blonde I want and the roots are a flat orangey brown. I may need to go to a professional salon to have it fixed. Not happy. Left a message with my issues but not sure if anyone reads the request until my next color is due. Can't keep it until then. Frustrating. Update: I received an email from the company stating that they were refunding my money but had no solution for fixing my hair. Very upsetting! They actually just said they were ending my automatic shipments of hair color and tough luck. Despite their response below, they did not work with me to find a resolution and have my hair looking its very best. Could not be more disappointed with their customer service at this point. 2nd Update: They basically told me I am lying about the way my hair turned out. Please run to Madison Reed.
