Follow directions and it didn't cover my grayI did like the color but unfortunately it did not cover the gray on my temples. Burgundy is not AuburnI ordered a red copper color that was supposed to be natural looking and I got purple burgundy hair. Will not be using again because now this correction is going to cost a good 10 times as much as I paid for this product. Bought this as a one off trialE-Salon been sending me repeat prescriptions of hair colour 4 weekly I have never requested this only wanted to trial! At no point agreed to 4 weekly deliveries. I am disgusted to have been sent 2 packages which were not agreed to and charging me £19.95 for a product I do not want. Would never use E-Salon again despite the product actually working well. Why are the bottles so impossible?Color is great. Videos very helpful. But dear god why are the bottles impoddible to open? My color (not developer) was just a disaster. I banged it on the counter.
