Color fades too fastThe first day or two color was beautiful, but after 1st wash could see a difference (lightening) loved the deep rich color, now it's just VERY light brassy, orange, I was looking for a deep mahogany color like a rooster, less copper definitely needed.my hair is more orangie, too light, I want deep rich color , that last longer , I do use salon color safe products, so this shouldn't of changed as fast as it did, I don't want to be consistently coloring my hair as I would need to do with this, 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Intense irritation to scalp and dull colorI was so hoping for good results from eSalon. Unfortunately, I am regretting even purchasing it. I have had my hair salon treated for over 20 year and in just. the past year have attempted to color my hair on my own with drugstore products. I have had some success with the drugstore dyes but when I found eSalon on Facebook, I was intrigued by a more personal experience and thought to give it a try. I completed my profile and awaited my package. Shipping was quick and I applied the product as directed about 1 week ago. I did a test on a portion of my hair to ensure no allergy, but didn't think that would be an issue anyway because, as I said, I have been dying my hair for several years. Immediately upon rinsing, I noticed a lot of fall out. I do experience a slightly increased amount of fall out when coloring my hair, but this was enough to alarm me. In addition, shortly after my hair dried (I did not want to use a hair dryer to give my scalp time to calm down), I began experiencing itchiness and irritation all over my scalp. So much so that it was quite distracting to me. This has not stopped in the week since I have dyed my hair and I'm growing quite concerned. In addition the color that I chose, a dark brown with neutralizer for my gray hairs, made my hair dull and monotone. Even a drugstore box of dye was more vibrant and shiny than what I just used from eSalon. I attempted to cancel online about 3 days after I colored my hair and was offered a free box to try it again. I decided to take them up on the offer, not thinking that the irritation to my scalp would continue four days on. Today, due to the uncomfortableness I am still feeling on my scalp, I called up to cancel my subscription and request a refund of my original purchase. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
