Custom Hair Color personal colorGiven two stars because the color was too dark for me. It did a good job coloring my hair. But it was just too dark for my natural color. Made me look "washed out". Color deceivingMy color was dark brown, cooper & violet. Turned out black. I have tried everything To lighten. I’m now having to spend more money to place high lights so I fmdont looked so washed out.it wasn’t even worth the 10-12 I spent. New Product Inferior From the OriginalPreviously eSalon provided a kit with one color for roots and a second color refresher/sine enhancer for ends. The result was great. My hair had great color and shine. The new kit has a single color for roots only and the result is OK. but the depth of color is not there and no shine, Disappointing. Color turned my hair RED!I am very disappointed. This is not the first time my hair has been totally brassy after coloring my hair.
