I really, really wanted to like this!!I am a first time user and I was not impressed. I usually just do drug store box dye and seen this product on social media and decided to try it out and was so excited to use it, especially since it talked about holding its color. First complaint: very strong odor! It was burning my eyes it was so strong. Second complaint: very heavy residue left over on my scalp, it took days to get it off. It was coming off on my fingers when I would touch my scalp. Third and worst complaint: the gloves gave me a horrific rash all over the tops of my hands and has now started to spread to my wrists. It started the day after I dyed my hair and now two weeks later, the rash is still there and getting worse. I have never had a reaction to any types of gloves before. I am not sure if these gloves were old or had something in them. I ended up using both pairs of gloves because I had to take the first pair off when I accidentally got hair dye in my eye (that burned like heck). All I know is it is very irritating and I can't seem to get rid of it. The only positive about this product is that it does hold it's color... however, the bad out-weights the good and I can't give this product anymore than a one-star review. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Love the Packaging/Process, Color Faded Way Too Fast/Wasn't What I ExpectedI got the violet dark brown (aka intense pearl) and honestly it was very light compared to the picture and what I expected. It also started fading to a redish color very quickly. don't waste your moneyIt's just like any other box color so don't waste the extra money. Also a week later my scalp started itching and peeling. That's never happened with other box dyes before. I am not happy with this purchase, the color is flat (though it is a nice color) and not what I was wanting. There zero purple tint to it.
