The grey came back after only 12 days!!Looked really good right after I used it, however, the gray is already back and it was only 2 weeks! I only washed my hair 3 times during the 2 week period after the color--I only use quality shampoo made for color-treated hair. Response From Our ExpertsSue- Thank you for reaching out! Hair grows at a rate of about 1/2 inch per month, so it is completely normal to see regrowth after 2 weeks. There are no adjustments that can slow or prevent regrowth, and adjustments for better gray coverage on hair that has been dyed equate to darker color. It could be betterI didn't get the result that I am expecting from the first hair color that I order. It doesn't cover the entire hair just only a few parts and it doesn't fully cover all of my gray hair just only a few and some still light in color. I am not satisfied as I didn't get the desired color that I want to. I am expecting more from this product as I pay more than the store brand. Damage shipping and wrong colorI received first shipment damaged. I got a replacement for it and it was damaged. No reply to second damaged shipment. MUCH darker and redder than expected for a dark blondHad hoped to lighten my hair up a shade or so into a warm blond shade, but the color that I recieved developed into a darker copper auburn mix red base...about a shade darker than my normal tone and noticably quite red...absolutely no golden tones. My hair was completely free of any dyes or bleaches for the last few years. Not greatWhile the color was awesome.... The dye really damaged my hair... Now 5 weeks later doing deep conditioner treatments every week I'm still dealing with a mess... Medium Ash BrownIt turned out a lot darker than I was expecting, and it left behind a brassy tone, which I kind of expected due to my hair having red tones in it before, but the neutralizer didnt really neutralize it all so theres still quiet a bit of gold/brass showing through.
