Our user logs reflect that prior to turning off your service, you were adjusting your Autoship dates out, which rescheduled your next order but did not cancel your service. Not dark enoughThe color didn’t match the pictures that I sent. I was expecting a phone call from a stylist before the order was filled to make sure it was correct. There was too much bronze and not enough brown. I did end up liking the color but it’s not what I expected. Although it’s way better than accidentally going too dark. Next time I will ask for a darker brown with mahogany and less bronze. Not what I wantedI asked for a light brown with hints of copper. I instead I got a hair color of a red head. I am extremely dissatisfied with my hair color!!
