Awful never againThis was a last chance order and I have to it’s awful. I’ve been ordering for over three years and quality has got worse! Colour is non existent except for pink tinge to hair. I was left again with a slugs on my scalp that took over 45mins to remove! Grey through in a week. We are always happy to provide recommendations upon request, and our team of licensed colorists is always happy to advise our clients. We can confirm that our formulation ahs not changed. We recommend focusing on the emulsification step to help loosen up your color prior to washing. Hair grows at a rate of about 1/2 inch per month, and we expect for clients with a discerning eye to see regrowth after a week. Not my favorite.I’ve colored my hair plenty on my own. This dye is not special by any means. They gave me 2 different colors(one for roots and one for ends). I did not ask to have that. Worst hair color everI’ve been coloring my hair for 45 yrs both drugstore dye and salon color. I decided to try this to cover my grays. It was the worst hair color I’ve ever used. It lasted approximately 5 days. Also, they don’t make you aware that it’s a subscription and you have to jump through hoops to get to the page to cancel. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Ordered Brown but got purpleAs the title says really, first response from them was they were 'sorry that my colour had not turned out as expected'... well yes eSalon, purple isn't a variant shade to BROWN!! Glue like pudding gell consistency, could not get out of my hair!Talk about permanent color! Total panic! This my third kit and something awful has happened! It took me an entire bottle of shampoo(no joke) and half a bottle of apple cider vinegar to get the color to rinse out of my roots. The color became like a thick paste gel and literally would not rinse off in the shower. This has never happened to me before with e salon, or any other color in my life for that matter. Custom Color SetOn a positive note this comes packaged so wonderful! Very good directions that are easy to follow. The color is NOT great. This was my first purchase from this company. I specifically explained what my goal was for my hair. I wanted brown then add chunky highlights. I explained I get my hair done at salon and it comes out great for about a year then something happens and I end up with carrot red brassy looking color. I hate red/brassiness for hair color. Well, here I go again. The color still came out very brassy. I sent a note and picture and have not heard anything back.
