UndecidedWhile I love the quality and amount of color received, the color is way off what I expected to receive. After submitting a picture, and asking for assistance as well, I am very disappointed in how dark and blah the color is. I received a way bette color in a previous order years ago. ColorI think that leaving the color on for only 10 minutes was just not long enough. I feel that the color has lightened more quickly than I'm used to. I think I will leave it on 15 minutes next time and see if that makes a difference. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Poor Gray coverage.....roots turned YELLOWThe color seemed to match very well where my roots are darker...It did not cover my white roots around my hairline very well. Way too much packaging!Initially fell for the "boxed" concept, but as I opened unnecessary packaging after unnecessary packaging including 2 pairs of gloves for one treatment, I realised your approach wasn't for me. Clever concept but colour no different than elsewhere and to be stood in a shower dripping with the remains of colour only to discover there wasn't an easy open top to either the shampoo and conditioner was the last straw, thank heavens my partner was in calling distance, otherwise my only option would have been to drip colour across the bathroom whilst I found the scissors necessary to open both! 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. The worstI asked for a light blonde copper similar to the color I had. Now my hair is dark red auburn and I have a business meeting I am presenting at in a few days and look like a circus clown.
