It was fairIt really didn't last any longer than the original order. I even got the shampoo and conditioner for color treated hair. I only was washing it twice a week. So I don't know if my hair is just growing faster or my gray hair is just absolutely stubborn. For all over coverage is great and fantastic color. I have purchased from esalon a long time now. Not for black folksThis hair dye is NOT for all black women or men. At Ieast I know it's not for 100% African hair texture.....i.e. 4c hair. I should have known before purchasing, most of the women on the ad were non-black women. Did NOT cover my Grey hair like I expected. Custom colorIt did not match my natural color. After I dyed it the color looks very unnatural. The dye dried my hair out so bad. It now feels damaged and super dry all the time. HorribleWorst hair Die I ever used. It’s Extremely messy. Stained my bath tub and all areas around where it splashed while washing the color off. Très déçue du résultat, très foncéBonjour, Très déçue du résultat, la couleur est beaucoup beaucoup trop foncée, j'ai pris châtain clair et j'ai l'impression d'être châtain foncé! J'avais demandé lorsque de ma commande des tons jaunes ( non oranges ni rouges), que je ne retrouve pas... Du coup maintenant, esalon, comment je ratrape ça svp ? I might be expecting too much?I have light brown hair but it pulls really red whenever I lighten it. I tried going just one shade lighter than my natural color but it kept looking brassy. I tried leaving it on longer and getting more neutralizer in the formula but it's just not what I was hoping for. Everyone thought I was trying to color my hair red when I was trying to go neutral.
