AwfulThis is seriously the worst dye I have ever used. First off it smells awful. The fumes are horrendous! It made my eyes water and was hard to breathe. Had to open the window. The bottle caused small drops of dye to splatter everywhere. It even splattered in my tub that was 4 feet away from where I was standing in front of the mirror. And it didn't even color my hair! My brown and gray roots didn't take the black dye AT ALL! Extremely disappointed. NO ONE LISTENSI asked for more red sent pictures. I keep getting more brown hair more brown brown brown hair and I normally don’t color my hair for four months what’s the use what did they do they sent me my one on the fourth month and then the next month all they sent me was one bottle not like before one bottle of haircolor already it looks like it’s premade nothing else in there just a bottle that you use to color your hair filled up. I said you know what I need and want and nobody’s responded and then I get one in the next month that’s just a bottle of color Ernie in the white bottle when I didn’t ask for it and it clearly states every four months and I want more red in my hair and then I get well if you want to send it back do this there’s a nurse I didn’t ask for it plus there’s no color chart it’s one bottle of color already premixed and a small box California and every time I do get what I ordered and expect is more brown in my hair no. This is getting ridiculous I didn’t get anything like I normally do one bottle of color already mixed up and sent no color chart no gloves no hat no nothing and they tell me that if I want to send it back to do all this part when I didn’t request it when it clearly states like every 3 to 4 months send one and they don’t do as I ask more red 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

One star because there was no zeroI was not happy with the color. Soooooo much darker than the online pictures showed. I wound up using an oops product to strip out. Then they sent me 2 more automatically using my pay pal card. Still have not gotten this settled even though I never said I wanted more. Still do not. The color was terrible. My roots are a total messMy roots are a total mess!!!! I followed the instructions step-by-step and now my roots are light red/brown and the bottom half is super dark!! I’m so upset that my hair is damaged I’m gonna have to pay to go to a salon to have them fixed this mess!!
