This place is a JOKEI canceled after receiving 1st color that turned my hair BLACK. I ordered red with purple. After canceling. They took $ from my account and said i would have to send product back to get refund as it had been sent out. Next day receive an email that product just shipped. So they lied. We can confirm that you ordered our Medium Brown Pearl Mahogany, and the gloss (2nd bottle for the previously dyed parts/majority of your hair) was pure tone pearl mahogany (this color did not have any base, i.e. brown or black, in it). You placed your first order under a promotional offer extended to clients joining our recurring Autoship service.. A courtesy reminder email for your 4/11 order was sent on 4/6. You contacted us to cancel your 4/11 order on 4/11 after your order had left our warehouse. Shipping confirmation emails are not received until your package is scanned in at the post office, but the actual shipping process begins before this occurs. We have spoken with you via phone and email to help clarify all of this for you. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions! |

BummedI was looking forward to the color change and am bummed out about my results. Not The Color I ExpectedWas supposed to get lightest blonde for highlighting and covering some gray but it ended up turning out very red strawberry blonde. I did everything exactly by the book and watched the video, so it wasn't because I didn't leave it on long enough or missed a important step or anything. I was able to tone down the red with purple shampoo, but in the end my hair is somewhat damaged and isn't near as blonde as I wanted.
