Penny LaneMy hair started out blonde. I said that I was only coloring my roots. I followed the instructions to the letter. I ended up with copper (the color of pennies) roots. It was a disaster. I couldn't get to my hairdresser right away so I tried stripping out the color with head and shoulders and crushed vitamin c. I had to get an ash toner after that. Then I had to go to my hairdresser and spend over $100 to get my hair back to blonde. Please cancel my subscription ASAP and send me a letter confirming that no other color will be sent and there will be no further charges to my account. My hair turned pink - HorribleHorrible. The stylist Sabrina changed my formula without asking and sent me a color end refresher. It was a completely different formula than what I was using. The formula I used previously was the color I wanted. I asked for more color as my hair did not get a complete application the first time around. Very sad.I was very excited for my kit to come in the mail. Followed the instructions to a T, and there is barely any change in color. Hair is soft from shampoo and conditioner though. Lovely packaging too. But the color I would rate 1 out of 5. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Terrible colorI loved this company at first. I was so excited to have a custom hair color delivered to my door for a reasonable price. The process was easy with no trip to the salon necessary. With that being said the products are not consistent. The first few colors were spot on then they kept going down hill.
