Not a matchI had a really hard time applying everything especially at the back and didn’t know what I was doing. I followed every instruction I was given and the color came out very ugly and way darker than expected. My roots look like they weren’t colored at all. The worst possible experienceIf it was possible I would rate negative- no stars! I have light brown hair color with all over gray to cover. I made it clear that I wanted to stay light brown hair color, with total gray coverage, not lighter, not darker. I received and used my first -custom color- My hair is now black! What is wrong with your system? BLACK. I didn’t ask for black. I will be forced to go to a salon to have my color reversed- a long and expensive process. Not the color I wantedI finally colored my hair today. I wanted to cover the grey's and brighten/keep my existing natural color of hair. The color darkened my hair so much. I greatly dislike what i see in the mirror, but I guess I have to just deal with it now since it's permanent color and now the grow out is going to look ridiculous. Not a fanThe chemicals were so strong I felt like I was going to pass out while waiting for it to finish and washing it out. I couldn’t be in the main house it was so strong.
