I started out LOVING this!!Yesterday I colored my hair with my Medium Brown Pearl Mahogany and I was absolutely pleased that even though it was brown (I was hoping for a more pronounced red. Glad I didn’t get it) it was multi tonal. I really loved that. Then today it sort of felt sticky and I felt I needed to wash it. Twice. I used cold water and color safe shampoo and through all that I still lost color and it seemed to be the purple and red that was in my color to begin with. It wasn’t all of it but I can already notice it’s lessened. Really disappointed as I know the potential for this color. I want to love it. Any help out there? 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Cancel this ASAPYour product smelled amazing. Hair was shiny. BUT the darkest brown turns my roots orange. I gave this product a chance and I am done. 2 more boxes arrived and I still can't get this cancelled. And yes I want my money back. Would be over $100 now. too redI just want a basic rich brown. Everything that you have sent me is pulling too much brassy red. You even sent a second color and it was more red than the first (although darker). Not enough colorI'm currently walking around with half brown/half soft black hair because there was not enough color to cover my med length thick hair (which i disclosed on my quiz).
