Faded quick..After 3 washes my hair faded drastically. I was supposed to recieve a permanent color but it seems like I got a semi permanent. Not the sameI've used e salon in the past with great results. I had no reason to believe this time would be different. I ordered the same color and instead of the dark brown with subtle highlights when the sun shines on it, I got a flat almost black color. I look like a witch. It's horrible and fake looking. The color I had recieved a number of years ago was so natural and close to my natural color my own air stylist didnt know I dyed it. Now everyone knows. Waxy and stickyI have colored my hair for several years. Decided to try ESalon due to the positive reviews. I was so DISAPPOINTED. Followed the instructions to the finest of details. My hair ended up waxy and sticky. It was horrible. I called customer service and was told to wash my hair with my regular shampoo mixed with a palm full of baking soda. It helped some but not entirely. Will have to try again and hope it removes the rest of the residue. The color wasn’t exactly what I had hoped for either. Will not be using this product again. Great color, didn't last long.I loved the color I got with this order. The only problem I noticed was that the color was just about faded out completely after 1 week. Is there a reason behind this? Not enough product and faded in 3 washesI am disappointed in this product, I have long and thick hair and the amount provided was not nearly enough to disperse through out my hair. I also noticed that it faded from my hair in 3 washes with my grey hair showing within one week of the application. After 3 tries they still didn't get the color right.Not only was the color not quite right, the product left a residue on my hair that felt waxy and it stained my scalp. they told me to try rinsing with baking soda, which I did, although that helped somewhat I still wasn't pleased with the feel and I really don't need another step while coloring my hair. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Didn’t turn out as expected.Color was much darker than expected. Strand test was ideal. But my hair was balayage and my hair is just a darker form of it now instead of one solid color. you need to blend ash tonesI hated box colour as I could never get an ash tone, they would always have red in it!!! thought I'd try this company, still red tones. I asked for dark ash blonde, not good, so they added a lot of neutraliser but it isn't an ash tone at all. I have called several times and was informed that they do not have any blue based colours, why say that you do? I have used these people since September 2018 and I'm still really unhappy. the only good thing is that it really does cover greys. I think I'll learn to to mix well myself, be a lot cheaper!!! I received an Email presumably because I haven’t left a favourable review. My point is this, people do want ash toned hair colour now. All of your promotional pictures, including blonde, have red in them. I know that is all you have to offer but it’s not good enough to say your a salon with colourists when you do not offer a complete range of colour and tones! The formula is horrendous to get out and to make matters worse, I have tried calling you 8 times in two hours and I go straight through to voicemail. I then email, again, no response!
