Not ExactlyAfter some back and forth with the stylist, I was hoping for more for the "natural blonde" displayed on the site...What I got appears to have more red tones, than blonde. Color fadedI had such high hopes for this product. I chose medium brown and although the color was lovely in the beginning, it began to fade after the second shampoo, even though I used the color shampoo and conditioner that was provided in the kit. Didn’t like the productsColor continuously way darker than desired. Makes my hair feel horrible, dried out and snarly. I asked for lighter, when done, my hair was almost black again.The first order I got was insanely red. I couldn't use it. You guys were happy to send a replacement package at no extra charge, which I appreciate, but the replacement was super dark.
