Color fadedI had such high hopes for this product. I chose medium brown and although the color was lovely in the beginning, it began to fade after the second shampoo, even though I used the color shampoo and conditioner that was provided in the kit. Didn’t like the productsColor continuously way darker than desired. Makes my hair feel horrible, dried out and snarly. Do Not LikeI do not like your product. I expected full coverage and a beautiful color. The color I received is very red and less superior to salon color. I have very fine and delicate hair and prefer to go back to my colorist at the salon. 1 of 2 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

I asked for lighter, when done, my hair was almost black again.The first order I got was insanely red. I couldn't use it. You guys were happy to send a replacement package at no extra charge, which I appreciate, but the replacement was super dark. Roots faded too quickly and were too red.Color of length of hair was perfect. Roots were too red and worsened as the days passed. Two weeks after applying color, too much gray is showing at the roots.
