Same colorI wanted a lighter color than I had, but when I finished, it was literally the same color as my hair, and I followed the color/step by step set-up. Hated itI hate the color it turned my hair a very very bright orange. I had to wear a wig for two weeks until i could go to my hair stylist to put a rinse on my hair to tone it down. I hate it and i am not interested in the color. I decided to just let my hair grey naturally. 1 of 2 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

What happened to the shampoo?I colored my hair as normal but noticed that the shampoo didn’t lather as normal. 🤷🏻♀️ When I dried my hair, I realized that the shampoo did really clean my hair. colour not what I ordered/expectedHair came out much darker than I wanted. Went to the trouble of lightening in a salon (at significant cost) only to have it undone by a bad colour formula. Not happyI ordered this color to be able to have violet color in my hair...theres none. Not even in the sunlight. I wasn't looking for straight brown hair, but that's what I'm stuck with. 1 of 2 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

changed the colourI asked for caramel blonde and I guess the colourist thought I was wrong and sent me a gross dark red/purple colour! had to pay $200 to get my hair fixed by a professional! 1 of 2 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Custom colour setThis is my third order. The first order was excellent with covering greys although a little too dark in tone. The second order was horribly darker and I was upset as I requested a lighter shade which was not possible as they were afraid that my roots would go orange in colour, so I was sent the same tonality that had to be applied to the roots only. I followed the instructions, but upon washing the product out not only I was left with a horrible waxy residue; I was darker in shade all over. The third time, it seems I’ve been given a slightly lighter shade, my hair is still wet so I don’t know how it will turn out, however, a horrible waxy residue is left on my hair. It’s sticky and greasy and the last time it took three days to wash out. I’ve put my next order on hold for the moment.
