Hair feels horribleI really do not like how my hair feels after using the product. I issued the shampoo and conditioner supplied and it just feels awful. It almost feels like damaged hair and it dried dry and like their is product still on it. I have used home dyes before so know how to completely remove all trace of dye. The colour is a little brassy at the roots which has also disappointed me as especially mentioned that I needed to avoid that so deliberately chose an Ash colour. I will not use this again, so unhappy I think it will take ages for my hair to feel good again 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

No where near my desired colorI was so excited to see a site that customizes my own hair dye...but when I colored my hair it came out so much darker than what I had wanted. I like the colorthe color is good maybe a little dark the problem is the color reminds me of a a stain color we put on the greasy stuff to protect the skin but it still stained it .could not get it off for days i had it done at a salon so i licensed hair dresser did the work Annette 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
