Hair feels horribleI really do not like how my hair feels after using the product. I issued the shampoo and conditioner supplied and it just feels awful. It almost feels like damaged hair and it dried dry and like their is product still on it. I have used home dyes before so know how to completely remove all trace of dye. The colour is a little brassy at the roots which has also disappointed me as especially mentioned that I needed to avoid that so deliberately chose an Ash colour. I will not use this again, so unhappy I think it will take ages for my hair to feel good again 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

No where near my desired colorI was so excited to see a site that customizes my own hair dye...but when I colored my hair it came out so much darker than what I had wanted. I think a boxed hair dye would've done a better job and definitely would've been cheaper! 1 of 2 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

I like the colorthe color is good maybe a little dark the problem is the color reminds me of a a stain color we put on the greasy stuff to protect the skin but it still stained it .could not get it off for days i had it done at a salon so i licensed hair dresser did the work Annette 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Same colorI wanted a lighter color than I had, but when I finished, it was literally the same color as my hair, and I followed the color/step by step set-up. It was supposed to be an amber/reddish color, but it came out the same brown I already had. I feel... disappointed, to say the least 1 of 3 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Hated itI hate the color it turned my hair a very very bright orange. I had to wear a wig for two weeks until i could go to my hair stylist to put a rinse on my hair to tone it down.
